Registered Nurse (RN) - Signing Bonus
Job Summary: Utilizes the nursing process to meet a variety of health care needs with overall patient care as primary focus. Works with a variety of health care professionals. Can work guided by nursing protocols. Functions as team leader, charge nurse as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provides direct and indirect patient care to meet psychological and emotional needs of the patient within the framework established by Copiah County Medical Center.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Mississippi. Must have BLS, ACLS and PALS within 90 days of employment. Other certifications can be obtained within the first year of employment. Must have a clear background check prior to employment. Applicant must be able to successfully pass a drug screen. Attends and participates in continuing education consistent with the requirements of the Mississippi State Board of Nursing and Copiah County Medical Center. Updates and maintains skills and knowledge related to nursing.
